Note: The social activities—City Walk, Hanse Museum Tour, and Boat Trip—will occur simultaneously in the afternoon.

Important Information

• Students must upload a valid student ID (PDF) during registration.
• Membership rates require current EBRS membership. Membership status will be verified by the EBRS 2025 Office. Renew or join here.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Until 31 May: Full refund (minus €25 service fee)
  • Until 15 June: 50% refund (minus €25 service fee)
  • From 16 June: No refund
• Registration includes:
  • Scientific sessions and congress publications
  • Welcome reception and refreshments
  • City transport pass
  • Certificate of attendance

Registration Payment

Payment must be made online in EUR using Visa or MasterCard. Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
